Biscuit Cake recipe
Ingredients:
6 eggs
200g sugar
200g flour (universal)
1 package vanilla (around 8g)
apricot jam
Instructions:
1. split the eggs, stir together the white of egg with salt until it is stiff, put sugar and vanilla in it
2. the yellow of the egg comes in it too, stir until it is fluffy and at least mix the flour in it
Put it into whatever baking plate you like to use. Give it in the oven at 180 degree celsius for at least 15 minutes. I always check the consistence with a toothpick.
